We're proud to say that our lodging includes clean, comfortable rooms with private or semi-private bathrooms. We of course offer delicious, complimentary breakfasts, and our two kitchens are available for use by all guests. We have a lovely, private backyard, complete with a patio, pond with waterfall, and a hot tub. There is a covered deck overlooking the backyard, and a screened-in porch around the front of the house. Feel free to relax inside in our common lounge area with sofas, TV, and DVDs with some complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate or wine. We also offer a pool table and tiki bar, and if you want to go into town, Estes Park and Lyons are just minutes away. The options are endless!
